Introducing St. Charles Chiropractor Dr. Kevin Roach

"I love what I do," says Dr. Roach. "I am privileged to be a chiropractor. Everyday I see miracles as people with long term health complaints get better and without taking drugs or the risk of surgery." Dr. Kevin and Angie Roach

Dr. Roach began his pre-chiropractic education at Webster University where he studied the basic sciences such as inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biology, along with basic physiology and anatomy courses.

After completing his study there, he was accepted at Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri. During his four years at Logan, courses included biochemistry, a major emphasis on anatomy and human physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care in the Logan Chiropractic Health Centers. Dr. Roach also volunteers his time at the Salvation Army's Adult Rehabilitation Center and the St. Patrick's Center of St. Louis to serve the underprivileged population of the city.

“We love skeptics,” smiles Dr. Roach. “I still remember the concerns and apprehension I had when I went to the chiropractor for the first time. So we make it a point to explain everything in advance, answer questions and attempt to over communicate. Patients appreciate that.”

Dr. Roach is happily married to his high school sweetheart Angie. They are expecting their first child in early November. In his spare time he enjoys taking his dog Bo for a walk, playing softball, and fishing. Dr. Roach is an avid St. Louis sports fan, especially Cardinal baseball.

What is the significance of "growing pains?"
Chiropractors know that aches or pains at any age mean something's not right. In fact, many children go through stages of growth without aches or pains. So while "growing pains" may be common, they're not normal. That's why our St. Charles chiropractic practice sees lots of children. A chiropractic checkup for your child can often help detect and correct problems that are more difficult to correct in St. Charles adults.
